2024 is here and the convention is this weekend! We're so glad to see you join us.
CONCERTS, EVENTS, and CIRCLES SCHEDULE
- Reg Desk is where you sign up to be in 2x10 concerts.
- Con Suite is open on Friday, also available 9 am Saturday and Sunday.
- Yosemite Room (Dealers Hall) - 4-6 pm FRI, 11-6 pm & after GoH concert SAT, 11 am - 3 pm SUN.
We have a West Coast Album Release Party Sunday noon outside the Yosemite Room

GLOSSARY OF FILK TERMS USED OFTEN AT CONSONANCE
- This is by no means a complete list.
- We may add others here, but always feel free to ask if you aren't sure what someone means.
- 2x10s
- Two songs or ten minutes per person/group, whichever comes first. Come to hear some old favorites and great surprises. Sign up at the information desk Friday and Saturday before the concert. We sometimes have 2x10 on Sundays or at a pre-set time chunk on Saturdays.
- One Shots are the same thing but only permit a single song.
- Drum Circle
- Got time to thrum with a drum, shake shiny ring things on a tamborine, or make other patterned noise? Engage with rhythmic instruments in a collaborative and improvisatorial spirit.
- In a resonant ballroom and seated in a wide circle we can immerse in the musical experience.
- Dealer's Room
- Where you can slip aside to chat with the purveyors of fine songbooks, discs, guitar straps, or assorted other fannish merchandise.
- Theme Circle
- Come share and listen to songs about ...some particular topic... or what has shaped them or relates closely. These are usually a half hour or hour in length.
- I Can Follow That
- Your hand's up, your song in mind fits the theme of or otherwise directly relates to the previous song, so you'd like to be next or very soon, to keep up the fun.
